Walter Bird Residence (1st Outside the Fort)

This was the home Walter Bird built for his family in 1874. He was the first man to move outside the Springville Fort and build a home. Dean Bird wrote a great article in the Springville Herald a while back which documents this story.

It's stands today and is located on 7th South and 4th East.
