#3 Was Church B-Ball's Best Back in the Day!
Grandma Bird has written about how good Grandpa Bird was at basketball and I guess church ball was a pretty big deal back then. They won the championship and I think #3 had a lot to do with it!!Search This Blog
The Bird family came from Birmingham,England in the mid 1800's and settled in the small town of Springville, Utah the year after it was founded by a group of eight (8) pioneer families on assignment from Brigham Young. The Bird family (Walter Bird being the primary ancestor) has lived in Springville, or at least a part of the family, since that time.
