Walter Bird Warranty Deed 1904
This warranty deed was issued to Arabella Hailey Bird (wife of Walter) signed by Walter Bird just two weeks before he passed away and witnessed by two of his sons Walter Freeman and Arch Hailey.

The Bird family came from Birmingham,England in the mid 1800's and settled in the small town of Springville, Utah the year after it was founded by a group of eight (8) pioneer families on assignment from Brigham Young. The Bird family (Walter Bird being the primary ancestor) has lived in Springville, or at least a part of the family, since that time.
